Preface

from the book YHWH Is Calling

“And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of

the Lord Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in

Jerusalem there shall be deliverance,

As the Lord has said, Among the remnant

whom the Lord calls.”

Joel 2:32

When I asked the Lord in prayer for the name of His book, which this is, the Lord gave me the words 'YHWH is Calling.' During another quiet prayer, the Almighty continued His instruction: 'Restore My name, YHWH, to the lips of My own. Proclaim, as My trumpet, the beginning of an era in which those who call upon My name will be saved. Remind the people how I commanded My chosen ones to listen to the instructions I sent through My messengers, even before I gave My Holy Word.'

The task might have seemed impossible if I had not already seen and experienced for myself how the Almighty still acts according to His Holy Word in our time. If YHWH had not chosen Amos, a cattle breeder from humble circumstances in the remote areas, to proclaim a serious message to the leaders of ancient Israel, I would have deeply wondered about the Almighty’s choice to approach a woman, who has been battered by life in many ways, with similar requests in the remote, forested areas of Finland.

I also experienced how the Almighty sees directly into people’s hearts and answers questions that have not yet been spoken aloud. To remove my doubts about my suitability for the Almighty's service, the Lord repeated the call, continuing His teaching through His Spirit. Lovingly, YHWH explained why He wants the Good News of Easter 2021/5781 to be proclaimed to the nations specifically from a remote village in a distant nation. Just as Jesus (originally Yeshua) approached Jerusalem during the significant Passover that marked the beginning of a new era, riding into the city on a donkey’s colt freed from a remote village, so too will the birth and release of a donkey’s colt precede the Lord’s return to Jerusalem. This mystery concerning our time, hidden in the Scriptures—the birth and release of the donkey’s colt, which we are witnessing with our own eyes—I try to describe in the first chapter of this book in the form of a letter I sent to a dear friend, as the Lord instructed.

In the following chapters of the book, I write about the more serious part of the Good News, addressed to the elders of Jewish and Christian congregations. Our God, YHWH, desires to see His beloved daughters of Zion together again, along with the representatives of the Gentile nations who have joined them, celebrating the biblical feasts that are connected to His Son. Together they shall rejoice and honor one another equally!

Both daughters of Zion were long ago exiled from the Promised Land by the Almighty as a result of the nation's ancient apostasy. One of the sisters also received a certificate of divorce from the Lord, but along with it, a promise of grace and a future betrothal before the Day of the Lord. Both sisters have been tested by the Lord, and for both, He has placed stumbling blocks to be written into world history. However, as part of the Good News, I am delighted to proclaim that we have now arrived at the time of the betrothal of the daughter who received mercy and the certificate of divorce.

YHWH is calling Christian congregations (nations and their congregations related to the descendants of ancient Ephraim) around the world to return from their missteps to the original covenant with Him. For centuries, Christians have had the privilege of rejoicing in the fact that YHWH allowed the eyes and ears of Christians to be opened first, across the globe, to see Jesus fulfilling the promises and descriptions of the Savior in the Old Testament Scriptures. Of course, some of these promises will only be fully realized after His imminent return. To be a fair Father to His children and to prevent this daughter from becoming prideful, YHWH allowed a veil to remain over the eyes of Christians for approximately 1700 years, stemming from significant doctrinal missteps taken by an ancient emperor. This veil, placed by the Lord for a set time on Christians, has been visible over past centuries as anti-Semitism, even in significant Christian reformers like Martin Luther.

I have the joy of proclaiming that the Lord will remove this veil from the eyes of all Christians who, at the sound of the Almighty’s trumpet in the coming era, are ready to respond to the Lord’s call. Because of this, the good news also carries with it a serious test for Christian congregations. Who are ready to admit having taken missteps and to repent? Who are ready to respond to the Almighty’s call to learn from their Jewish brothers and sisters, from the ways they have safeguarded for millennia to observe the Sabbath and the Feast of Tabernacles, which the Lord has established as eternal ordinances for His own? Who are ready to restore the Holy Word of God as a higher authority than human decisions?

The Jewish people have had the privilege of being the daughter (Sibling Judah) to whom YHWH, alongside the ancient judgment of exile, did not give a certificate of divorce. The Jewish people have thus had the privilege of observing the Sabbath, the holy day set apart by the Almighty, the Lord of Hosts, as a sign of His covenant, on its original date, enjoying joyful family fellowship, just as our Savior observed it. However, the stumbling block set before Daughter Judah for millennia has been the acceptance of the saving gospel of our Savior. Therefore, the age of the Good News contains its own test for Daughter Judah. YHWH calls the Jewish people to forgive the serious transgressions made by their Christian brothers and sisters in their missteps over the past centuries, and to open their hearts to the gospel message of Jesus as the promised Savior.

What a great and loving Almighty Heavenly Father we have! He is a fair and just Father to His children. He loves abundantly, showing love while setting boundaries. The Jewish people and Christians are His beloved children, and now He desires for them to walk hand in hand, praising, thanking, and calling upon the Lord once again amidst the trials of this age. Both daughters need each other to endure the tests of this new era.

Let us open our hearts to listen to the Almighty's instructions, commands, and loving warnings, just as He has encouraged His chosen ones to do in His Holy Word during their earthly journey.

“For I did not speak to your fathers, or command

them in the day that I brought them out of

the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings

or sacrifices. But this is what I commanded them,

saying, ‘Obey My voice, and I will be your God,

and you shall be My people. And walk in

all the ways that I have commanded you,

that it may be well with you.’”

Jeremiah 7:22-23

Hosanna!
Lord, help us to hear Your voice and walk in Your ways so that we may be saved!

“ Give ear, O my people, to my law; Incline your ears to the words of my mouth.

I will open my mouth in a parable; I will utter dark sayings of old,

Which we have heard and known, And our fathers have told us.

We will not hide them from their children,

Telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord,

And His strength and His wonderful works that He has done.

For He established a testimony in Jacob, And appointed a law in Israel,

Which He commanded our fathers, That they should make them known to their children;

That the generation to come might know them, The children who would be born,

That they may arise and declare them to their children,

That they may set their hope in God,

And not forget the works of God,

But keep His commandments”
