Introduction to Part 2
from the book YHWH Is Calling
WARNING! This is what is called solid food (Hebrews 5:13-14, 1 Corinthians 3:1-2).
Those who are weary from the pandemic, have not yet come to faith, or are in the early stages of their faith journey may not want to read further. Instead of being good news, this text may feel distressing in such situations.
Those who do not blame God for the evil in the world and understand the hidden sowing within God’s shakings are likely already blessed on their faith journey with heavenly wisdom granted by the Spirit. This wisdom is necessary for understanding and discerning this writing.
“All inhabitants of the world and dwellers on the earth:
When he lifts up a banner on the mountains,
you see it; And when he blows a trumpet,
you hear it. For so the Lord said to me,
‘I will take My rest, And I will look from
My dwelling place Like clear heat in sunshine,
Like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.’
For before the harvest, when the bud is perfect
And the sour grape is ripening in the flower,
He will both cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks
And take away and cut down the branches.
They will be left together for the mountain birds
of prey And for the beasts of the earth;
The birds of prey will summer on them,
And all the beasts of the earth will winter on them.”
Isaiah 18:3-6 (NKJV)
This section contains a continuation of the good news related to the revelation given by the Lord concerning the birth and release of the donkey's colt for its task in connection with His second coming. Just as the physical donkey's colt once carried the Savior during His significant entry into Jerusalem, the 'humanized colt' of our era (Job 11:12) will have a somewhat similar, yet now spiritual, role as we approach Jesus' return to the Mount of Olives.
In connection with this revelation, the Lord gave the instruction to proclaim as good news to all the inhabitants of the earth that the time of the raising of the banner and the sounding of the trumpet, as referenced in Isaiah 18:3, has now begun. It is a short period during which the Lord calls once more for people to follow Him and return to Him before the final execution of the time of tribulation and wrath with its judgments upon the ungodly. It is truly a joyful task to be part of proclaiming that the Lord has raised His banner as a sign to all the inhabitants of the earth. This banner is a sign marking the beginning of a special era associated with the nearness of His return.
The earth groans under its impurity beneath our feet, and godlessness, lawlessness, and apostasy seem to advance ever further in the world (Isaiah 24:4-5, Matthew 15:8, 2 Thessalonians 2:3). Who would not rejoice at the return of the King, who will reign over the entire world with justice, equality, and righteousness? In these times of deception, disease, and corruption, who would not long for the day when the tears of the suffering are wiped away, and those who have fought the good fight to the end receive their reward? Unfortunately, for those living in godlessness and in lawlessness as defined by the holy Word, the end of this era also means a time of judgment.
The trumpet of the Lord, just as before His first coming, is sounded through the voices of prophets around the world. The Lord's messengers deliver His call, but how many will respond to that call?

“ Give ear, O my people, to my law; Incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
I will open my mouth in a parable; I will utter dark sayings of old,
Which we have heard and known, And our fathers have told us.
We will not hide them from their children,
Telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord,
And His strength and His wonderful works that He has done.
For He established a testimony in Jacob, And appointed a law in Israel,
Which He commanded our fathers, That they should make them known to their children;
That the generation to come might know them, The children who would be born,
That they may arise and declare them to their children,
That they may set their hope in God,
And not forget the works of God,
But keep His commandments”
(NKJV PS78:1-7)
